StrangerFestival 2009

The first edition of the StrangerFestival is behind us. The StrangerTeam would like to thank all the participants, partners and funders who made it possible. Watch all finalist videos here. Throughout the three festival days, more than 2.000 people joined StrangerFestival from over 30 countries. The results of the festival workshops can be found here.

Upload you video for the StrangerFestival 2009 competition. All the videos who have been uploaded after May 15 2008 automatically join the next StrangerFestival competition in 2009. You can upload your videos for the 2009 competition till the summer of 2009.

StrangerFestival 2008
The winners of the Audience Award and the Amsterdam Award were chosen by the public. The winners for the Audience Awards were ranked by by users of the StrangerFestival website. The winner of the Amsterdam Award was chosen by live voting during the StrangerFestival in the Westergasfabriek.

All finalists were invited to Amsterdam 3-5 July for the StrangerFestival (including transport & accommodation). Winners were announced and awarded during the StrangerFestival award ceremony. All finalists are being featured as part of the European touring exhibition and on a DVD distributed in 20.000 copies across Europe.
